General, Postage, Return, Refund, Warranty Policy

*If you unsure about item condition, compatibility, etc., please ask questions BEFORE commence purchase.

General:
All sales re final. Full payment required prior to order dispatching.
Select items carefully. Compare pictures and description for exact matching to the original item, ask questions if anything unclear, BEFORE commence purchase.
SELECT ITEM CAREFULLY. RETURN DUE TO INCORRECT SELECTION WILL INCUR 20% WAREHOUSE PROCESSING AND PACKING FEES AND INITIAL POSTAGE COST DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
ALL REFUNDS FOR THE RETURNS MADE AFTER 30 DAYS (EXCEPT WARRANTY) WILL BE ISSUED AS A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Note: The item colors showed on the pictures maybe not exact as the actual item color, due to the lighting, camera, view angle, etc. Colors mentioned: (black, grey, etc.) it is just a closest color description given as a reference. Ask for confirmation and additional pictures.
Note: Picture represent general item appearance, shape, size, style. Printing, labeling and other marks not necessary matching the actual item, due to the variety of the manufacturers. Ask for specification.
Note: We do not specify the brand of the supplied aftermarket parts. Dispatched item could be one of the many aftermarket brands. If you require item from particular brand, contact for the confirmation prior to the purchase.
Attention: All automotive parts, big or small, shall be installed by the professional mechanic / auto-electrician or other trained, qualified and certified repairer. It shall not be installed by the general public, even it is look simple and easy.
Attention: Incorrect order and following return will incur initial postage charges, warehouse processing fees and stock aging charges for returns outside specified time.
Attention: Check item compatibility before commencing purchase. Ask questions.
Attention: Check local laws and regulations before purchasing “performance” type items (colored, tinted, etc.) as the most “Performance” type items can be used off road only, or as a display vehicle and maybe not suitable for general road usage. Ask before purchasing such items.

International buyers note: All automotive parts (unless specified), listed for Australian vehicles makes and models.
Australia is a “Right-Hand-Drive” country.
Postage:
We using Australia Post as a parcel carrier for most of our services. Our dispatch schedule: “Two Business days”, with daily “Cut-out time” 10:00AM (AEST). For the most of ordered items within Australia initial postage fees paid by us. Default parcel service is an “Economy parcel”. Express parcel available at checkout at the extra cost. Prior to select “Express service” check at: www.auspost.com.au for this service availability to your location. Daily courier (NSW only) available at the extra cost on request. Contact: 94818800 for inquires. Large and heavy items delivered by the variety of freight couriers. Freight courier fees paid by the buyer. (Contact us prior to purchase, for the freight cost.) Freight courier require delivery address and mobile number. PO Box, Parcel Collect, etc. not acceptable for the freight delivery. All our parcels have “tracking service”. Tracking number updated upon item dispatched from our warehouse. Tracking information available at your item purchase status and via email notifications. Upon item dispatching we are not longer able to control it movement and all answers about delivery status can be found at: www.auspost.com.au or the freight companies websites. We use an extra transit insurance for items over $50.00 value and our item package is sufficiently packed and tested to held careless handling. However, sometimes damages happened. If you received item that was damaged in transit, you MUST inform us within 7 (SEVEN) days and lodge “Damage in Transit” claim to the Australia Post. By the Australia Post regulations, only receiver able to lodge “Damage-in-transit” claim for compensation. For the “Damage in transit” claim, Australia Post require ALL packaging together with the item.
DO NOT disposal any packaging materials until you ensure that item did not arrive damaged and it match description.
Do not post damaged-in-transit item back to sender! (It will void ability for compensation claim.)
Check delivery address to ensure it valid and up to date. Item returned as an “Unclaimed” can be posted second time with “Return postage” and the second postage fees charged to the buyer. Initial postage charges and return fees will be deducted from refund for “Unclaimed” returned item, as well as warehouse processing fee and late return fee (where applicable).
Freight “SPECIAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS”:
Freight companies does not have special ability and do not insure automotive panels. This mean, if item arrived damaged (Dented, scratched, etc.) – no claims will be accepted. No compensation or refund will be issued. Delivery of the automotive panels are on the buyer’s own risk. In order to dispatch automotive panel via freight, we require written acceptance of the above “Special Delivery Conditions”. We are strongly advice buyer’s to arrange own freight and transit insurance for the all automotive panels.
Return:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE STRICTLY WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE!
We do accept returns for most of our products* with any reason, however some conditions do apply. * Used parts, virtual products and specified items – excepted from return. Return for exchange or refund accepted for item that: Not matching item description and pictures on the website listing, have factory defects. Return of the item with “non-genuine” reasons such as: change mind, no longer need, unwanted gift, incorrect selection, vehicle sold, etc. accepted with the special conditions.

Creating return: All returns must be made strictly within 30 days from delivery date. Contact us as soon as possible for further information, with your return reason and invoice number. Return item must be in original condition and packaging. Item damaged due to unqualified, unprofessional installation, painted, altered, tempered, modified, not used for it purpose, etc. will be not accepted for exchange or refund. Item returned as: “Not matching description or picture”, as well as all “Non-genuine” reasons must be in unused condition, without attempts to install it, in original packaging. All return item must be in original packaging, without writing, printing, extra labels on the box.
Copy of invoice must be included.
Returned items not following above requirements will be not accepted for exchange or refund.
We do pay return postage for items that not fit it purpose, have factory defects, do not match item description or pictures on the web listing and warranty items (where applicable).
All other returns paid by the buyer.
Exchange or refund for the returned item will be processed upon item received and inspected.
Incorrectly selected items, “Change mind”, “No longer need”, “Unwanted gift” and all other non-genuine return reasons will incur warehouse processing fees: (20% of the sale price) and initial postage charges.
Any returns (except warranty claims) made with excessive delays will be liable for reduced refund amount (stock aging). 1 to 3 month – by 30% of the sale price. (70% of purchase amount refunded).
3 to 6 month – by 50% of the sale price. (50% of purchase amount refunded).
6 to 12 month – by 80% of the sale price. (20% of purchase amount refunded).
Over 12 month returns not accepted.
International buyers note:
Postage cost for all international orders paid by the buyer. Import duties, taxes and any other government charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. All these charges and fees paid by the buyer. Check with your local authority to determine applicable fees prior to commence purchase. All international parcels insured for the full item value. There is no cheap freight options for the large and heavy items. All international freight services have a high price tag. Contact us prior to purchase any large (over 105cm) and heavy (over 20kg) items.
International buyers note:
We operate on Australia market. All our automotive parts are designed and made for Australian vehicles. Check item compatibility prior to purchase. We operate with Au$ only, not with any other currency.

Email and contacts service:
We operate 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday and usually reply within the same day. Delay with message reply may occur at weekends, public holidays and store holiday.
Warranty:
All new parts covered by 12 month warranty. Any warranty outside this period specified in the item description. Warranty apply for item only, it does not cover installation, painting and any other labour cost. Warranty does not cover any direct or indirect expenses beside item cost only. Warranty apply for items that was professionally installed, without alterations, modifications, collision damages. Warranty apply for parts used on the matching vehicle make, model and dates range on standard road operation (unless specified). Warranty does not cover item that was improperly used, installed to other then specified vehicles and parts, modified, disassembled, attempted to repair. Warranty does not cover any pre-installed halogen globes in the head lamps, tail lamps, indicator lamps, etc., unless specified. For all warranty claims, invoice/receipt from professional installer must be included to the claim. Warranty claims not accepted without supplied record of the professional installation.
